Home accidents
Statistics show that men aged 65–74 are involved in 89,000 home accidents a year, and women aged 65–74 are involved in 157,000 home accidents a year. This trend increases among older age groups. Men aged 75 and over are involved in 102,000 home accidents a year. Women aged 75 and over are involved in 303,000 home accidents a year*. More accidents happen at home than anywhere else. Every year there are approximately 6,000 deaths as the result of a home accident. Falls are the most common accidents, which can cause serious injury at any time of life. We use one of the leading providers of CareLine equipment, ensuring every aspect of the service we supply is to the highest possible standard. If one of your Systems has a fault, we will contact you to rectify the issue and will send one of our dedicated Engineers to your house if required (full terms and conditions will be detailed in your contract, and are available on demand). We provide all of our Customers with the highest possible service on a personal basis.
